This is a program of eight consecutive sessions, meant for serious seekers of individual truth. Each session is divided in two parts: First, we examine patterns or programming that play out in our lives, and the reasons why we are holding onto them. The causes of our imbalances are multidimensional and complicated. Thankfully, we do not need to comprehend all the intricacies in order to heal.
